Remove the Patron Dependency. #104

Patron is not compatible with JRuby, using the default Faraday adapter (net/http) makes the gem compatible with MRI and JRuby while keeping the option of using Patron if you set the adapter manually.

I'm happy to merge in this PR but could you also update the reference to Patron in README.md.

Actually, don't worry about the README I'll do that - I'll put a changelog section in the README.
