Add overhead prayer icon option to phase images #35

Resolves #13.

Adds an option to the configuration to allow users to choose if they wish to display overhead prayer icons on each phase image. (enabled by default).

This helps users associate blue/green zulrah with the correct overhead prayer, as well as helping identify phases where overhead prayer is not required.

Just noting i've ran about 10 zulrah kc (making sure i've gotten all 4 rotations) just to double check for no mistakes :)

Hahaha I agree, The orientation option unfortunately screws up the pray icons a bit, and if we added expected movement as discussed on #25 & #19 as well as venom clouds on #26 we'd have a fair few combinations. I already had a faiiiir few to edit just for prayer icons so definitely recommend a neater solution if we go ahead with more image edits.

MAGMA_A#7 does not need the ranged prayer icon. This one is a "free phase" where Zulrah only setups the clouds and spawns minions.
