[Feature Request] TTL -> Time to max option #55

I'd be interested in an option for time to 99 instead of time to next level for this plugin, even if it uses the currently selected xp/hr rather than a "true" time to max where it re-calcs at breakpoints where xp/hr goes up. Thanks!
