change to use pinecone + elasticsearch

I experiemented with Chroma, including with the production deployment and it seems the project is not stable. There are some problems, most important - the where clauses don't always work, sometimes the server crashes, also, it seems that it's missing some more advanced query functionality availalbe in other servers

We need to switch to a different vector DB.

we decided to use pinecone - @akariv please open an account and give me permissions I will change the backend code to use pinecone, deploy Elasticsearch and start basic integration of it
