拖拽时重新排列的动画有点生硬，可否顺滑一点😁 #24

目前是ViewDragHelper的动画，有时间一定优化一下支持自定义动画😁

@whilu 拖拽的时候可否实时移动 而不是停下来以后才重新排列 这样的话我觉得效果会更好一点
