Requires:

paging
form based search
security
import of existing users and data
other features such as admin support

This has now been done, and has driven out missing features for the 1.0.0 release.

Admin support was not needed as we are only using fuzzydb as an in-memory index at this point, and intending to optimise that use case first.

A sample app on combining mongodb and fuzzydb will be produced.
