Default value for “Category” and “Item Condition” should be empty

• As a signed in user, I visit the “Give Something” page.
• I fill out the details of my item but forget to modify the Category and/or Item Condition fields.
• My item is listed with the possibly spurious category of “Building Supplies & DIY” and/or condition of “New”.

We should probably provide an empty default for these fields lest the site become overrun with such examples of New Building Supplies as Bakelite toasters from the 1960s and unwanted DVD movies starring Ben Affleck.

We might not want to list items on the site with no category and/or condition information, in which case we could force the user to specify these via validation.

(at the very least, given the nature of this site, “Used” would make a more sensible default for Condition than “New”).
