How to do a release! #11

  1. Make a release commit with a meaningful message summing up the release
  2. git tag it with the new version (git tag 1.2.3)
  3. Push it, and watch Travis publish it to npm for you
  4. Update #soontm's topic on IRC with the new version number
  5. Have a small party

This should be in CONTRIBUTING.md or a wiki page or something.
