when pasting the code into proxmox console, I get the following: [INFO] Using 'local-lvm' for storage location. [INFO] Container ID is 101. Getting URL for latest Home Assistant disk image... [ERROR] 0@96 Github has returned an error. A rate limit may have been applied to your connection.

Can anyone help?

I wonder if it is an issue with to many people accessing at once?

Only thing I can find is it may possibly be related to a new release of Hassio that possibly requires an update to the script. I'll give it 24hrs no and try again.

latest 4.8 release does not have a vmdk.gz asset you can force it to download OS release 4.7 instead, by modifying line 87 to url = 'https://api.github.com/repos/home-assistant/operating-system/releases/26885064'
