Not working on T-Mobile USA Mytouch 4g with data APN epc.tmobile.com, doesn't block data traffic at the OFF state. #74

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. install the program
2. chose 'off' state
3. notice the H and two arrow bottons stay lit, check internet connectivity and 
confirm data traffic is still viable, even with appended suffix at APN.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Not working on T-Mobile USA Mytouch 4g with data APN epc.tmobile.com. The 
suffix is appended, but doesn't stop the data connection from going through. I 
tried both current and 3.0 released - both do not block data traffic at the OFF 
state. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
both 2.1 and 3.0

Please provide any additional information below.
