Add brake axis to FC3 module #26

Need to add an axis for the brakes for the Gripen using the SFM, avionics are from the F15

I've asked the A4-E guys and it looks like it's impossible to do it on a SFM. We would need to have the EFM. However, GRINNELLIDESIGNS did it for the F22. He's not responding to me do and the LUA file is encrypted..
