Experiment Vaadin layout to rework the UI. Vaadin provides a much more user
friendly UI widgets and it very suitable for web based application purpose. We
need to explore the following components.

a Tree view of schedulers added into the webapp. each scheduler should have a
Tab sheet view of its triggers, jobs, and calendars. Each of these tab sheet
should prevent the data in a Table view.

We also need to explore a custom Vaadin component that can edit a
java.util.Properties easily.

UI improvement: We need to move the CronTool and Scripting Console out per
scheduler screen, and it should be top level and usable on any scheduler.
