Make a Status page for Fractal: status.fractal.co #1183

Feature Name & Description When Fractal goes down (which it will sometimes, unfortunately), it would be nice for users to be able to go a specific page and see the status of our service, so that they can easily see what's being worked on and get progress. This can be easily handled with a status page.

To be clear, I'm not 100% sure we really want this, but I think it could be a nice-to-have.

The Problem It Fixes Making it easier for users to see if something is going wrong with Fractal.

Feature Implementation We should use StatusPage, which is a service from Atlassian. Here's an example: https://status.figma.com/

not necessary for a consumer-facing product, which is what we are now -- closing, and will reopen if we do developer-facing
