This is a second wave of changes to our deployment workflow, this time centered around simplifying overly verbose logic and removing unnecessary jobs.
This PR is being tested for a dry-run deploy here: https://github.com/whisthq/whist/actions/runs/3381467068/jobs/5615423681.
It will need a watchful eye post-merge to ensure deploys work properly.
