Raspberry pi AP not working #7

Hi Dear, In Raspberry pi 4.14.71-v7+ , wifi ap is not working ,it is not switching in master mode , so not able to create wifi AP , but in 4.14.70-v7+ it works fine , can you give the fix for 4.14.71-v7+
