[ ] As a user, from the "Add friend page" I should be able to search for friends with a specific name.
Acceptance
Form exists, and a search can be performed returning a list of names matching the search query. This list provides options to add a user directly from the search results.
Strech/Nice to have
Search is done with something similar to how typehead works, but without jquery.
This would depend on an API we don't have yet, therefore is a stretch, but not required.
