Integrate Travis into Lua-RTOS-ESP32 #309

@jolivepetrus after merging this PR, to activate Travis-CI for the whitecatboard Account:

  1. go to https://github.com/marketplace/travis-ci
  2. hit [Set up a new plan]
  3. hit [Open Source]
  4. on "Account:" choose the correct account
  5. hit [Install it for free]

If queried for "Repository access" you may want to select "Only select repositories" and "whitecatboard/Lua-RTOS-ESP32"
