Added Python2 requirements to README.md for self-built firmware. #412

I had a hard time getting Lua-RTOS-ESP32 to build, simply because the need for Python2 wasn't documented. Added it to README.md to save the next person from this problem.

Hi @burtonkent thanks for the PR. I guess the headline numbering changes only come from using an online editor, so I'm merging it now.
