This commit adds the configuration options to the config file so the Resource Label can be changed.:
'resource_label'
'resource_singluar_label'
This is done because the default static methods 'Resource::label()'
and 'Resource::singular_label() were returning 'nova-page' and 'nova-pages'
These labels look bad
When white-labeling Nova for clients, Nova should not be displayed at all
to the end-user
This commit uses protective coding to ensure that if the configuration file
is empty or the value is not otherwise set that the default values are used.
