Refactor Database / Apromore names for tables and fields #159

Currently the Database is a mixture of a loot of different styles and has some 
incorrect naming of tables. These need to change to be more consistent.

All tables should have the same name for the ID, not id on one table then 
edge_id on another. all types should be consistent and names should be 
meaningful.
