Oryx save as: when reloading canvas, layout is lost #73

After "save as", when Oryx reloads the canvas the layout is lost, while the 
correct layout is stored in Apromore.

To reproduce this issue:
- edit an xpdl model
- save as (check the layout after reload)
- edit the new process previously created (check the layout)

This issue was because of annotations mis-management on apromore side.
