creates a responsive online ordering signup - includes form and individual state cards Comps

form submit functionality not yet created - need API keys from client data can be confirmed in console

captcha will be added as part of another ticket

How to test 🔍

• npm i
• npm run dev
• navigate to http://localhost:3000/
• click on "Order Now"
• compare to comps and test on responsive screens
• fill out form and confirm correct data in console
