Selected options remain visible on non-related pages #50

If I am here: http://aidview-dev.herokuapp.com/activities?Funder=SE-2&Country=BW

There are 'selected' filters showing for Funder and Country (in blue links near each selection point)

If I then go to My Dashboard, then the links still show (and take me back to a 'less filtered' view), but have no bearing on the page I am then seeing.

I don't think they should still be there.

yup, lets remove them!

Checked - going to My Dashboard removes arc navigation. Hitting Back button replaces them.
