CSV file creation throwing Heroku error #68

Happened twice when trying to create a csv file from

http://aidview-dev.herokuapp.com/activity/US-EIN-941655673-32521.csv

which is a file with a fair number of empty elements. This happened both times I tried it at 12:45-ish on 18.2.2013

No errors captured by Heroku. Not now replicable and csv file is successfully being created
