Filter by Funder -> Filter by Organisation (Reporter)

We want to change bottom left filter from "Funder" -> "Organisation" (though this would actually link through to the "Reporter" filter).

This should also be changed in the text on the Home page. So, at the moment it still says:

Filter by Sector,Funder,Country,or Search

this should now be:

Filter by Sector, Organisation, Country or Search
