Add desktop entry mod #32

I am working on a implementation of the desktop entry specification. I open this PR to start a discussion and force myself into working on it.

Eventually this should include what it is proposed in #16.

Hi, to be honest, no not really. I don't think I have the time and I honestly forgot all about it :see_no_evil:

That's alright. I will close the PR in this case and let someone else work on it if they need it.
