ci: setup benchmark tests

1. setup adb commands to skip chrome's welcome screen during its first launch
2. set pixel_6_pro as the test device which has a large screen; otherwise, some buttons in webpage might not be visible
3. extend duration to 10s as it sometimes takes longer to load the page
