How can we make this an updatable package? #1

I'm using this at least at 3 or 4 projects.. each one is an outdated version of it. How can we wrap this in a package to make updates smooth*

Maybe we should break into two repos: one for the kit on for the sass framework, following the example of Inuitcss: isolate the sass framework from the build system and register it as npm/yarn package?
