Add CNAME support to allow for custom domain #113

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: The URL is long and I'd like to have the ability to have my own custom domain show the viewer page.

Describe the solution you'd like: An option to provide a custom domain name be usable over CNAME DNS entry.

One thing I noticed when testing (and this will only apply every once in a while). IF you host your DNS through cloudflare, you may get 1014 error code for cross-user traffic.
