Saving prefs causes duplicate PSAs #118

Describe the bug: When prefs are saved (for example viewer control turned on or off) the PSA sequences could become duplicated

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add PSAs
  2. Change a setting
  3. PSAs are duplicated

Expected behavior: PSA shouldn't be duplicated
