Deleting sequence groups causes sequences to no longer be visible #119

Describe the bug: If a sequence group is deleted while sequences are assigned to the group, the sequences will not be visible

To Reproduce: Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Add sequences to a sequence group
  2. Delete the group
  3. Grouped sequences are not visible

Expected behavior: Sequences should be removed from the group prior to the group being deleted.

After actually testing this is not an issue
