Make {NEXT_PLAYLIST} play nice with pauses in playlists #121

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe: Many people, myself included, seem to use pause commands between sequences on our main playlist to give the songs a little breathing room but this causes the next song to not display.

Describe the solution you'd like: If at all possible, it would be nice if the pauses could be ignored so that the {NEXT_PLAYLIST} tag is able to see the next sequence that's scheduled in the main playlist.

This can be done but will need to be slated for 2024 since it requires a plugin update.
