[FR] [ws-sbom-generator] Support Project level SBOM generation #136

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I only need one project SBOM under my product to be generated and this within a short time of period (max. 3min). But currently I can only generate SBoms from my product level and it takes for me amost an hour (266 projects). I also have only the name of the project and the product token (as I also need it with the unified-agent)

Describe the solution you'd like
I want to generate the SBOM for a single project by name. Parameters could be: -k -y Project -pn

Describe alternatives you've considered
By project id is not an alternative

Hi @patspaeth ! Please, describe the use case in more detail. Because we support PROJECT_TOKEN as -s parameter. Do you have PRODUCT_TOKEN and don't have PROJECT_TOKEN for generation-specific Project report?
