AW stats, Google stats (currently in WWA wrapper, not active here?)

These are added to the HTML pages and the variorum html template.

I may have added it to more html than I needed, but it shouldn't hurt anything since the head is mostly ignored during the transformation.

I think this is done, but we should check after launch to make sure new pages are showing up in google
