Update markup to enable image lazy loading #95

Use thumbnail of LoG cover image for placeholder image

Image tag attributes:

src: image loads without JavaScript
data-lowsrc: image displayed while main image is loading
data-src: image with larger size to lazy load

Relies on:

Bundle of concatenated JavaScript files
- /var/local/www/cocoon/whitmanarchive/javascripts/lazysizes-bundle.js
CSS additions for blur loading
- /var/local/www/cocoon/whitmanarchive/css/variorum.css
Addition of .nojs class removal after DOM load
- /var/local/www/cocoon/whitmanarchive/javascripts/variorum.js
