reverted some recent changes to Coinbase Pro and Kucoin websocket code that caused incorrect data (still not totally right)
fixed last of the regular Kucoin error messages which were related to getTicker
added custom strategy files to gitignore so they dont get overwritten by mistake
Kucoin API is only return 100 rows of historical data the fix is to pass in a start date which is calculated so that it will return 300 rows of data
Fix for bug 'Updater' object has no attribute 'send_message'
