[Suggestion] Option to only affect mobs in specific dimensions #3

I'd like to be able to supply a list of dimension IDs. Any mob inside of those dimensions will be unaffected by Apathetic Mobs. This would allow the nether to be hostile but not the overworld, for example. It would also be nice with mods like Hunting Dimension.

This would be great for modpacks. I'll get this done as soon as I can.
