Endermen are not aggressive when stared at #5

Punching an enderman causes them to retaliate as expected. Staring at them does not.

This is a somewhat recent issue. It wasn't a problem before the update that added a global boss setting.

I haven't tested this issue with the default config. Here's my current one for reference: https://pastebin.com/uf7mFt4i

That's interesting. I may have to add specific functionality for endermen. This is not preferable, because general functionality is always better, but for vanilla mobs, that's perfectly fine.
