Custom defconfig #3

Added a whizz defconfig file. Adds a custom kernel name and also creates a dtb file to add into boot.img. The configuration is mostly copied from the stock config.

I more or less made a copy of kona-perf_defconfig, and then changed a line to add the custom name so that at the About page in Android, the kernel name changes. I also added a few options to generate a device tree binary. I will add explanations to all these but I don't feel pull requests are a good place to have them. they will be in the wiki, where it is easier to access all these info.
