-VOD does not work, nothing plays, or only audio. -h265 does not even start -Live TV picture quality is terrible. -EPG loading is still long...

I have sent video to your customer support, and they claim that by that video app work normaly!

Please check the video closely, you will see it is not good.

Note that in previous version everything work perfectly, fast, except subtitles are too small, and there is no audio passtrough for DD, DTS, TrueHD, DTS-HD encoded audio.

IPTV Smarters Pro_v2.0.2 When on a TV News station the the news stream scroll at the bottom of the screen was smooth with the last version 1.7.9.7, with this update it is not (using the built in player)

New built in player is terrible. Nothing works smooth. Full HD VOD does not even start. H265 UHD video only plays audio. Live TV image quality is terrible. 80% of the time video and audio becomes out of sync after few minutes. And no, it is not box related, as I have tried on S905, S912, S905X2, OnePlus 2 and OnePlus 6T (phone).

I do not know what kind of new player have you built in, and I do not understand why don't you implement VLC, or ffmpeg as those are the best and most compatible players/codec, and proven to work perfectly.
