Clean up of ICD-11 Content Model

The ICD-11 Content Model has evolved since its inception, with the introduction of post-coordination being the biggest change, resulting in duplication of similar "parameters" and post-coordination axes. For example, the initial Content Model includes parameters such as body part, body system. The current model has post-coordination axes such as specific anatomy and severity, which obviously replaces the previous parameters. Some parameters in the original model, such as diagnostic criteria and treatment, have not been implemented. Do we still need them?
