ICF: is "facilitated by" the right term? Should it be "positively associated"? #8

Catherine Sykes: Unless causation is known the environmental factors and personal factors can only be associated with a particular disease or function.

With the decision to define "Functioning Situation" and "Environmental Factor Role" as separate codable entities, the Content Model doesn't have to include the "facilitated by" relationship between these two. The issue is moot.
