[FE] Delete logical definition superclass button still works even though we are in read only mode #132

as a user if i want to delete a logical definition superclass i first need to enable edit mode.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. go to cholera -> logical definition view
  2. make sure "edit values" button can be seen, but do not click it.
  3. click on the delete button next tot logical definition superclass Image

Expected outcome: You are not able to click the button because it's disabled because you are in read only mode.

Actual outcome: You are in readonly mode but yet the logical definition superclass is deleted.

fix for #128 may fix this issue also.
