Request Entity Too Large #21

With Matthew's help, I installed the new iCAT Docker on my M1 MacBook Pro. When I tried to create a new project with the parasitic diseases fragment of ICD that Tania extracted (7.1 MB in RDF/XML syntax), I got "Request Entity Too Large" error message:

[Note that the ontology I tried to upload is a merged version the parasitic disease extract and the content model]
