Confirm obsolete sections #5

Confirm that Clinical Description, Manifestation Properties, Causal Properties, Temporal Properties, Severity Properties, Functioning Properties, Treatment, and Diagnostic Criteria are all obsolete.

We can drop all of these sections, except the Functioning. We opened a different issue #9 specific for Functioning.

We will keep the diagnosticCriteria as one text value. We also need to migrate the diagnostic criteria from the current iCAT. Will use markdown. Markdown viewer/editor should be used for rendering. We created a separate issue for Diagnostic Criteria #10.
