Modeling of the Functioning properties

The Functioning properties should be kept in the new content model. In the current iCAT, they are modeled as subproperties of the functionalImpact property.

The meaning of these properties is that a disease might affect certain functions of the patient.

We will also migrate the current content of the functioning properties in the new model.

I am surprised that we are keeping the functional properties. I thought they were abandoned and ICD-11 instead added generic function domains and the two assessment instruments as the mechanism to integrate ICF. We need to rethink the modeling of the functional impact properties, as in the Foundation we have the possibility of linking to ICF entities directly.
