Document infrastructure

The purpose of this is to make the infrastructure 0.0.1 re-usable by other organizations. This should ideally cover the following items:

• [x] re-factoring the preamble of the README so a different one can be included
• [x] include basic bookdown structure
• [x] include acknowledgements
• [x] rename Rmd to make more general sense
• [x] an outline of the structure of the repo
• [x] a 'getting started' section to install deps etc.
• [x] an outline of the workflow
• [x] an outline of github actions
• [x] an outline of non-transferable items (github SECRETS)
• [x] an outline of the methodology used, with links to the ASMODEE paper and trendbreaker
• [x] proof-reading _assembledata.Rmd
• [x] proof-reading trendbreaker.Rmd
• [x] proof-reading _elrreview.Rmd
• [x] clear licensing information
• [x] clear contact details for questions
• [x] checking all the doc by other team members
