Currently all runs through a single github action. It would be better to have all jobs treated as separate actions, so notifications etc. can be WHO-region specific. Would also avoid having silent failures as we currently have to have to ensure looping over regions does not stop after a single failure.
Probably a priority as automation behaves oddly atm.
