[Request] For Premium users, allow fallback lyrics from Premium #186

The "Do Not Patch for Premium" is useful until the lyrics is still using LRCLIB, whereas with premium, it uses Musixmatch. It would be nice to add this feature.

isn't other lyrics providers the only reason to use the tweak if you have premium? also, you can set up Musixmatch lyrics with your token, it's pretty easy
