Why is the shuffle so bad? Is that Spotify or is it fixable?

It's the same songs all the time and when I re-shuffle it just adds the song I was just listening to back into the queue.

Yes, it's a known fact that Spotify shuffle is very biased. It's already been stated that they will not be adding a true shuffle option.
